This is how we calculate

Annual work × average annual salary × (short-term absence + long-term absence) / 100. Same simplified salary model as the calculator on Preppio's existing website. The example of a 10% reduction shows a relative change, not 10 percentage points.

This is the salary value of the absence, not the company's actual net cost or expected savings. NAV reimbursement, employer's tax, temporary workers, overtime and production losses are not included. The numbers are only processed in the browser.
